I hope that you are all doing super well. Today i want to talk to you about the truly raved about L’Oréal Colorista Washout coloured hair dyes and how they worked for me.
Today I will speak to you about the ways in which I use the ever so hyped about coconut oil. Is it worth the attention and does it really work? I will try and help you make your mind up about that in this post.
Firstly, I always reach out to this organic coconut oil by Midsummer. I love it because its ingredients are only coconut oil and no added flavourings or chemicals, and it’s approved by the organic soil association. This way I am sure of what I put on my body.
There are countless uses for coconut oil, but below you will see my favourites:
1. Apply on the skin as a basic lotion.
2. Mix with sugar granules for a body scrub.
3. Use as a natural tanning lotion & after sun cooling lotion.
4. On cuticles to help nails grow strong and shiny.
5. Can be rubbed into your scalp to stimulate hair growth. I usually do this overnight and wash my hair twice in the morning to get off the excess oil.
6. Apply on the ends of your hair to prevent splitting and make it feel like silk.
7. Rub on your face and then rinse with hot water & warm face towel to remove any type of make-up (even tough waterproof one). It will all glide off smoothly!
8. If you do the one above, your eyebrows will condition at the same time, stimulating their growth too! Talking about eyebrows, you can also use this oil as a brow gel to set your hairs.
8. Whiten your teeth with it – mix with warm water and keep it in your mouth for 5 minutes.
9. Apparently if you consume it daily then your immune system and even your metabolism will boost. However, I don’t like the idea of eating such oil daily so I drink coconut water instead! Same idea, less fat factor.
10. For these awful summer nights that you get a ton of mosquito bites, guys I got you. Just rub some of the coconut oil on your bite and it will stop itching & heal sooner!
Overall, I think that there should be hype about coconut oil: it’s natural, easy to buy and works miracles on almost anything! All of the uses I spoke about above I do on a regular basis or seasonally, and work for me. Bare in mind that everyone is different, and if your skin is combination-oily then maybe it’s not the best option for you to apply on your body.
Hope you liked this post! I personally adore coconut oil and since it’s sold almost everywhere there are legit no excuses towards not using it.
How many of you use coconut oil? Have you got any other tried out uses for it? let me know in the comments!
I wish you all a fabulous day,

On the 5th of July I was honoured to attend Queen Elizabeths Garden Party at the Palace of Holyroodhouse, Edinburgh, Scotland.
I wanted to look my best that day and so I woke up at 5am to be ready for leaving the house at 9am. I put A LOT of effort into this look. To see what my hair and make-up looked like for this event, keep reading!
At first I was stuck on what I wanted it to look like – after much thought I decided to go for delicate and feminine.
For my face the make-up routine was pretty much normal – M.A.C Studio Fix Foundation, Pro-Longwear Concealer, A.B.H Contour Kit and Brow Pomade. To see how I always do my eyebrows, click here and to read about my contour regime click here.
This was the perfect time to use my rose gold toned Naked 3 palette.
I used “strange” to make a fresh, one toned canvas on my eyelids. I applied “limit” in the middle section of both eyelids and put “nooner” & “blackheart” at the ends. To really drag attention to my eyes I also blended in some “burnout” and “dust” on the bottom and the inner corners of my eyes. Sorry if this sounds confusing, but it’s very hard to give a written eye shadow tutorial!
My eyelashes are already quite full but I really wanted to add length to them. To achieve this, I used Eylure lengthening lashes which are rather easy to apply (and trust me, I suck at putting fake lashes on #struggles). I then applied my Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara to set them.
Not long ago I decided to chop my hair, to read about my experience and what triggered my decision for this click here.
But yeah, my hairstyle options were very limited so I just went ahead with some curls and volume. To protect my hair from heat damage I sprayed it with Vo5 “Plump it Up” heat defence spray and finally to keep the curls last all day I used Vo5 “Strong Hold” weather resistant hairspray.
I had to place a fascinator into my hair-do too, and it all turned out perfect at the end. I have purchased it at a local shop and you can see a picture of it below!
At last, here is the final result:
Oh did I say that I used Velvet Teddy on my lips? Well now you know!
This would be everything I have to share about my hair and make-up look. Stay tuned to the next couple of posts further telling you all about my experience.
What is your favourite special occasion look? I would love to hear about it in the comment section below!
Just a quick life update guys. As you are reading this post, I am on my way to the Queens (yes, you read right!) Garden Party at the Palace of Holyroodhouse.
I am mega excited and cannot wait to share with you all my experiences on Friday’s post! I will tell you all about my make up look, outfit details and if I spoke to any royalty. There is another jewellery collaboration coming too specially for this event, so stay tuned. I really hope that Kate and William with their adorable kids attend because I am their biggest fan. They are just so damn cute. Who are your favourite royal figures?
Anyway, if any of you have specific questions please let me know and I will answer them as soon as I can. Like, share and follow my blog for more exciting content!
A big hey to you all!
So after 2 years of trying to grow my hair long and avoiding hair dressers at all costs, I decided to cut it for various reasons. First of all, my hair is very thin and so when it got longer, it made me look like I had no texture in it. Secondly, split ends became a nightmare and never mind the fact that I still had different hair lengths due to previous poor hair choices.
I took the opportunity to go to a 4.5 stars hairdresser in Gdansk while I was there in April. Getting in touch to them was super easy, I just went on their Facebook page and they responded within a few hours. I was aware that it would not be cheap – almost 400 zl – but I wanted an expert to fix the mess on my head. Carry on reading if you want to see my big change.
This is what my hair looked like before – tired, dull and damaged. But hey, at least it was kind of long!
The big push in my decision to chop my hair was the new trend influence. I felt more confident to go for it, if it went wrong then I would blend in anyway.
My salon was called Jacques Andre Hair & Spa. I walked in there not knowing what to expect as a result, but at the end I was so pleased I did it. They only used L’Oreal Paris products and were trained by them too, truly impressive! Another thing I noticed was that there were a lot of international clients – German, English, Spanish .. you name it! Should this suggest that they have a good reputation worldwide? Oh, below are some pictures of the salon, I thought that the décor was very classy and inviting.
Let’s get to my transformation:
Now my hair is healthy, texturized, glossy and soft in touch! What makes me even more happy is that it finally looks okay in photos and I look much more mature.
To sum everything up – I 100% love my new hair! I made a right choice by going to that salon as I can’t imagine any hairdresser I know of locally could do the same job. Plus, they gave me a mascara as a gift for coming to them – how sweet. So, if you are considering cutting your hair shorter but are too afraid I have one piece of advice for you – JUST GO FOR IT! It will grow back anyway, besides maybe you feel so much better with shorter hair just like I turned out to. Don’t be afraid to take risks on new styles, life’s too short to be boring!
So have any of you made the big decision to chop your hair? Or maybe you have some tips on how to keep it healthy? I would love to hear from you!

Eyebrows still seem to have a major impact in the world of beauty at the moment and my routine has slightly changed since my last post on this topic. To refresh your mind on it click here or simply carry on reading my updated eyebrow routine.
I use five products daily:
1. Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Definer in “Dark Brown”
I use this product at the very start of the whole routine, it is two sided: one side has the product and the other has a special spooly. I use that spooly to brush my hairs in the direction of my forehead and this makes them look more voluminous once filled in.
I first use the thinner side of the product to draw hair like strokes at the front of my eyebrows and fill in any sparce gaps. Here, you want to stick to a natural look and it is yet not the right time to make them dramatic. Then I go on to use the thicker side of the product to draw a line on the bottom of both eyebrows. This acts as a guild line for the next few steps.
2. Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Pomade in “Dark Brown”
This is a miracle worker. It is very buildable and allows you to play around with it more than a powder would. It is almost of a clay texture and very pigmented, so be very careful on the amount that you put onto your angled brush. You want to make your brows dark at the tail, lighter in the middle and almost faded at the front. I know that every person has a different brow preference, but I like to keep them natural. Make the strokes of your brush stronger from the line that you drew with the ABH Brow Definer and go in an upwards motion. Avoid making a bold line on top of your brow if you to aim for a more natural look. Once I get the desired colour I brush through my brows with the ABH Brow Definer spooly once again to blend everything in. Don’t worry if the brows look messy – the next two products will help us tidy it all up.
3. M.A.C Cosmetics Pro Longwear Concealer in “NC20”
I then pick up a clean angled brush and apply some of this product onto it. I draw a line directly below the bottom of your brows to create that tidy look. It’s good to use a light shade of concealer or foundation under your brows because it uplifts them and gives an illusion of gorgeous brow bones.
4. M.A.C Cosmetics Studio Fix Fluid Foundation in “NC 20”
Similar application to what we did with the M.A.C Cosmetics Pro Longwear concealer but this time we apply the foundation on top of your eyebrows. This once again tidies your brows and creates a sleek look. At this point feel free to add any more colour to your brows if you went over too much hairs with the foundation.
5. Maybelline Brow This Way Gel in “004 Clear”
Use any clear gel to set your brows and tah dah you are finished!
Snapchat filters make life better & here are my brows for you guys!
I hope that your brows are even more on #fleek now and that you found this post useful.

Thanks for reading and speak soon again! As now I caught up with my posts a bit, I will only be posting on Mondays and Fridays.
Hey to you all!
Sorry that I haven’t posted in so long, I was extremely busy and needed to sort out my daily routine, but, here I am and I promise to post twice a week again!
We all know that Cara Delevigne’s eyebrows are ultimate goals – but, today I will share with you my eyebrow routine:
Every two weeks I pluck my own eyebrows to keep them as much on fleek as possible. However, if you don’t feel confident enough to do it yourself I would advise to go to a beautician instead! Eyebrows frame your face, so it is important that they are done properly, in the right shape to complement you. Here are a few steps of how I do it:

Since today is the last day of July, I have decided to share with you guys my favourites for this month including; beauty, hair care, perfumes, a movie and some music! I hope you enjoy reading this post, so without further do let’s jump right into it! *This post isn’t sponsored and all opinions are my own! :)*.
1. Rimmel London – Lasting Finish Primer
I really like this primer because it is 30ml’s which is actually pretty big as for a drug-store one and so will last for a lot of applications. I find that it’s very light on your skin and makes it appear one toned so that the foundation looks really good after you apply it. In addition, this primer makes your foundation stay on much longer, even during a very active day! You can buy this product here.
2. Zoella Beauty Make-Up Bag
I am a big Zoella fan for those of you who don’t know, and so when her first beauty range launched I was really excited! This make-up bag is being well used; it is big enough to fit in all my beauty essentials and it is super cute. Love it. You can buy this product here.
3. Avon Make-Up Setting Spray
This is such a great product! I always use this spray to set my make-up before I leave my house. It helps to protect my make-up from humidity and smudging, dries very quickly and is non-sticky. This spray also contains some goodies for your face -vitamins A,C and E- wow, what more do you need girl? If you are looking for a make-up setting spray but are unsure of spending lots of money on it, this Avon one would be a great starter. You can buy this product here.
4. Bare Minerals Quick Change Brush Cleanser
I think it it very important to regularly clean your make-up brushes to keep them clean, remove dead skin, get rid of any bacteria and avoid break outs! So to clean my brushes I love using the Bare Minerals quick change brush cleanser – it is 110ml so will last for a very long time, it smells amazing and really gets the products off of your brushes! This brush cleanser contains ingredients that are gentle and really benefiting for your skin when you next use them. I would really recommend it to you all! You can buy this product here.
5. Superdrug’s Own Brand Coconut Oil
I use this goodie everyday, especially during summer! I use it for taking off my make-up, apply it before and after sunbathing and often mix it with sugar to make a lip scrub. I know that the product states it is a skin softener, but you can also use it as a hair mask overnight and it really works wonders! It stimulated my hair to grow faster, get healthier and prevent split ends and frizz. I love the sweet scent of a coconut and how it melts into a lovely oil in your hands! You can buy this product here.
6. Macadamia Oil Extract Hair Treatment
This oil is just as good as the argan oil, and is much cheaper within the stores. I usually use it on the bottom of my hair after I wash and towel dry it. It will make your hair silky smooth and add a healthy glow to it. I can’t find a link to this exact product but there are plenty of brands which do macadamia oil treatment.
7. Toni&Guy Cleanse Dry Shampoo
This is my favourite dry shampoo ever. I use it all the time in between washing my hair – it refreshes it, takes any excess oil away making it less greasy after each application! So if you are looking to switch from your classical Batiste dry shampoo to a new brand, I really recommend this Tony&Guy one. I feel like it doesn’t get enough hype on the market and it truly deserves it, as it works miracles. You can but this product here.
8. Daisy by Marc Jacobs
This perfume is so heavenly and makes me feel very confident when I wear it. The scent is very feminine and kind of floral, for sure lasts for ages. It is more on the pricey side, but it is always good to treat yourself once in a while right?! The bottle is so cute and will look adorable on your dressing table, just like it does on mine. You can buy this product here.
9. Movie – Jurassic World
Recently my boyfriend took me to the cinema to see Jurassic World. I was never a fan of dinosaurs or action movies, but I really enjoyed watching this one! It was a great twist between a family having an adventure, and living the future where the dinosaurs were kept into a kind of a ‘zoo’ on an island. It was really exciting, so please give this movie a chance like I did, and you might even love it! ( Don’t make my mistake and actually watch the previous Jurassic movies haha!).
My two favourite songs this month are: Are You With Me by Lost Frequencies and Double Tap by Jordin Sparks.
I never usually listen to that kind of music, but these two songs are so catchy and have constantly been stuck in my head!
Thanks for reading, and if you enjoyed this July favourites post be sure to like and comment so I know if to write one for next month too! Subscribe and share for future posts and I shall speak to all of you in the next one!
